At the same time, the "Implementation Plan" specifies ten key application areas of robots, which are manufacturing, agriculture, construction, energy, commerce and logistics in the field of economic development, medical and health, elderly care services, education, commercial community services, safety emergency and extreme environment applications in the field of social and people's livelihood.
In order to enhance the basic support capacity of "robot +" application, the "Implementation Plan" also puts forward five major measures: one is to build a collaborative innovation system for robot production and use, the second is to build a "robot +" application experience and test verification center, the third is to accelerate the development and promotion of robot application standards, the fourth is to carry out industry and regional "robot +" application innovation practice, and the fifth is to build a "robot +" application supply and demand docking platform.
The introduction of the "Implementation Plan" has pointed out the direction for the development of China's robot industry. Li Wenjuan, director of the Intelligent Equipment Research Office of the Industrial Policy Research Institute of the China Electronics Information Industry Development Research Institute, believes that the "Implementation Plan" focuses on product innovation and scenario promotion, guides independent brand robots to seize strategic opportunities, focuses on ten key application areas, and promotes the high-quality development of China's robot industry with application as the traction.
Industrial robots are developing rapidly
Manufacturing is the first robot application field mentioned in the "Implementation Plan", which clearly points out that the development of new robot products such as welding, assembly, spraying, handling, grinding and polishing, and accelerate the application of robotized production equipment to related fields. Develop professional and customized solutions and software and hardware products, accumulate experience and knowledge such as model libraries and process software packages, deeply integrate robot control software and integrated application systems, and promote the application of key links such as automotive, electronics, machinery, light industry, textiles, building materials, pharmaceuticals, etc., sanitary ware, ceramics, photovoltaic, smelting, casting, sheet metal, hardware, furniture and other subdivisions, glazing, repairing, polishing, grinding, welding, spraying, handling, palletizing and other key links. Promote the construction of intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories and create typical application scenarios for industrial robots. Develop intelligent manufacturing systems based on industrial robots to help the digital transformation and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.
